At Blue Star, we understand the importance of having family or a significant other by your side. That is why we offer flexible leasing options that allow you to lease with your significant other or family member. Please contact our leasing team to discuss the details of the available options as there are additional costs.

Living off-campus allows individuals to have their own personal space and independence. They can have a separate living area, kitchen, and amenities that may not be available on campus. Living slightly away from campus can offer a quieter and more peaceful environment, which may be beneficial for students who prefer a calmer atmosphere for studying and resting. It also can provide a sense of separation between their academic life and personal living space. Also, off-campus housing provides a wider range of options in terms of apartment sizes, styles, and amenities. Students can choose from a variety of apartments at Blue Star that will suit their preferences and needs. We provide more affordable housing options compared to on-campus residences.

The first work day of the month we send the invoice via email, which includes both rent & electric. You can then pay your bills in our office at Blue Star.

To secure an apartment at Blue Star, you will need to fill out an application online or you can call our office and provide the necessary documentation. Once your application is approved, you will be required to sign a rental agreement and make a payment of security deposit, last and first months rent. You may also be required to pay a fee for processing and administrative costs. Once your payments are made, your lease is secured and you will be able to move into your apartment on the lease start date.

We are located just a short 6-minute drive from campus. We are also conveniently located directly at one of SGU's bus stops, not to mention we also have our own Blue Star shuttle to SGU to make it that much easier to get to campus.

To move in comfortably, it is recommended to bring your own bedding, towels and any other necessities you may need for your stay. You should also bring your own toiletries and any other items you may want for your comfort. Blue Star does provide some basic amenities such as a TV, Wi-Fi, and basic kitchen appliances. Everything but electric! Water, Cooking gas, Wifi, House cleaning once a week, fully funished apartment, 24/7 security, parking, VAT, onsite office and access to our amenities.

Yes! However there's a one-time fee.
